Matteo is Global Head of Customer Development at Ferrero since 2017. Before, he was Principal in A.T. Kearney and in Booz and Company. During these years he has developed an extensive experience in leading strategic, operational and organizational changes in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

He holds a MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering summa com laude from Politecnico of Milan.
