On Thursday 27 August Readbug opened their office to investors and supporters, giving those involved a chance to meet the team and see where the magic happens.
The magazine app has been live for three months and has welcomed over 50 independent publishers, peaking at number 66 in the US App Store chart. With a polished looking product the team are looking to raise additional investment to help marketing and further development.
Thursday gave co-founders Matt and Stephen a chance to update on what had happened since the launch and preview some updates. During two very successful Seedrs campaigns the app generated a lot of interest meeting targets very quickly, and this next round of funding looks set to be no different. The Shoreditch office was busy all evening with existing investors and interested parties stopping by to speak with the team.
The next round of Seedrs crowdfunding is due to start later this month
