CEO / General Manager - April 2010 to November 2013 Established legal entity and structure. Managed all contacts with the regulatory Authorities (Bank of Italy and Consob) in order to successfully fulfil the authorisation process. Managed and led all the company departments. Worked with clients, prospects, regulators and business associations. Set up and launch of an Italian REIF (Real Estate Investments Fund) fully subscribed by an Institutional client (210 mio Eur). Bought two buildings, one in Rome (106 mio Eur) and the other in Milan (83 mio Eur)

Managed and coordinated all the departments of the Company. Worked with Institutional Clients, Regulators and Associations. Designed and launched new products. Coordinated with other UBS structures in Italy, Switzerland, the United States, Great Britain and the Cayman Islands. Set up and launch of eight Funds of Hedge Funds with assets under management of about 1.3 bn euro. March 2006 to July 2007 also led Marketing and Product Development teams for UBS Global Asset Management (traditional and alternative investments). Managed a team of 20 people. July 2007 to March 2010 as Head of Institutional & Alternative Business, also led the Institutional clients business. Designed and launched new products. Won 5 Institutional mandates - 1 bn euro AUM: Italian Pension Fund (Passive Bond mandate) and Italian Bank (Short Term, Bond, Balanced e Capital Protection).
