(October 2015) I am excited to join the talented, ambitious and innovative team at Olapic to lead the EMEA operations.
(2015) I launched my own startup,, to address a problem that I faced over and over again in my career: candidate selection & time efficiency. With talented devs we got the technology ready and on the launch pad, and now that I am back in the Marketing Tech SaaS world, it is ready to go for the sky without me.
(2013-2014) Up until the end of 2014 I was GM EMEA, Sales, at Socialbakers, a global leader in Social Analytics and Content Management SaaS technology. I was hired to transition the company's business model from Transactional to Enterprise. New processes, new territories, new talent to join the EMEA team, more senior and solution-oriented (25+ new people). Successfully executed on the plan, and delivered amazing new logos and consolidated partnerships with our most strategic clients in the region, Vodafone, Tesco, Orange, Beiersdorf, Adidas, LVMH, L'Oreal, EMAAR, Unilever, Nestle, Mercedes, TUI, Lamborghini, MSC Cruises, to name but a few. Revenues doubled in 2014 (, strengthening our position as the leading Social Media technology for Marketers.
(2011-2013) Before joining Socialbakers, I launched Buddy Media operations in Europe as the MD. Buddy Media was acquired by in 2012, and I joined the EU leadership team of the newly formed Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
(2005-2011) Prior to Buddy Media, I was global digital measurement firm comScore's third employee in Europe, joining the virtual start-up team in 2005. At comScore I lead sales and account management, defined and executed GTM strategies, secured major wins and built strong teams in key EU countries.
(2000-2005) Before joining comScore I spent 6 years at Yahoo!, both in Milan and in London, with responsibilities on customer data and research, supporting European sales and marketing operations.
