Reporting to the CEO as member of the Nestle Waters France Board of Directors, responsible for the international business development of Nestle Waters France premium brands, for a turnover of approx. 450 millions E. Direct management of a team of 20 people, partly based in France and partly in Rep. Offices in Shanghai, Tokyo, Moscow, Dubai and Mexico City.

Reporting to the International Business Unit Director, managing a team of 10 people and overlaying the network of 10 Brand Champions in key Nestlè Waters affiliates (US, Canada, France, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Japan). Direct responsibility on international business (approx. 500 mio E), overlay on the worldwide development of S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna through strategic marketing leadership and active end-to-end EBIT management across the value chain. During this experience I developed key competences in Luxury Brand approach and to HoReCa / Out of Home channels. In 2006/2007 we led the business to grow double-digit both in turnover (+14%) and EBIT (+120bp). In 2008, in a very challenging economic environment, we successfully defended top and bottom lines ensuring a healthy 14% EBIT level.
