For international investors, we want to be the natural gateway to spot the best investment opportunities in Italy.
We only evaluate scale-ups with at least one Italian key co-founder.

COMMERCIAL TRACTION

Thanks to the equity partners network, we generate business opportunities to the scale-up we select. In order to fully benefit from the commercial power of our equity based we only look for scale-ups with solid innovative solutions. We want products and services that our equity partners are confident to promote in their organisation and with their peers.
We define commercial traction differently according to the nature of the project. Monthly recurring revenues of 15K Euros or more. Double digits monthly user base growth. Solid patents.

CONSISTENT EQUITY STORY

We are only looking for the very few Italian early stage projects that are ready for international expansions. The project we select tends to have already accomplished one or two round of financing. We pay lot a of attention to the health of the cap table.
We expect the founding team to have a controll stake higher than 70% of the company. We also expect a full commitment in the project of every founding team in the cap table.
