After joining the Family Business in 2001, Josephine started also other activities as consultant and coaching of small business and other Sicilian entrepreneur, organizing networking meetings and large events, designing and deploying in her region an annual series of business workshops.

She is a passionate “green” entrepreneur with special focus and skills about ethic finance and ESG investments, innovation and sustainable internationalization, as the fundamental tools for the growth of Italian companies.
