He also is a renowned speaker on functional integration and consumer centric business models. Sergio facilitates enabling new integrated services focused at increasing consumer engagement and he supports the management to articulate a strategic vision and lead transformation across the organisation.
He is currently researching at Cass Business School on digital growth strategies and corporate innovation decision making and works as Executive chairman to drive innovation in the Republic of San Marino.
San Marino Innovation is the Republic of San Marino Innovation Institute; an Institutional Organ with the function to consult Parliament and Government on innovation policies to drive long term strategies for the State innovation and digitisation agenda. We develop strategic projects to grow the ecosystem and position San Marino as an Innovation Hub internationally.
