Stefano Capinera, MBA, is a Senior Consultant in the Italian branch of iBe Think Solve, Execute, the digital financial advisory company of Be Group SpA. Within this role he has gained an extensive consulting experience in the Retail Banking and Cards & Payments.

Prior to this position, he worked as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little in the area of Strategy & Organization and Sales & Marketing, gaining wide-ranging knowledge of  the Telecom, Energy, Automotive and Public Services industries (2011-2014).

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Stefano obtained in 2011 the Master in Business Administration at  IE-Business School in Madrid with mayor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.

Moreover, Stefano has previous working experiences, in the industrial production area, at Parametric Technology Corporation (2007-2010) with a Consultant role and Selex Communications, at Finmeccanica Group as Process Analyst (2005).

Stefano holds a B.A. (2004) and Master Degree (2007) in Management Engineer  from “La Sapienza” University of Rome; besides the Italian, his mother tongue, he is also fluent in English and has a Spanish professional working proficiency.

Outside of work Stefano founded a sports club through which organizes a first-class amateur golf tournament with significant Charity fundraising  and helps his family to produce and commercialize high quality wine from their countryside
