A few words about Luca..
Luca is a transactional corporate lawyer, dual-qualified in NY and Italy, focusing on cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions. He has been working at an international law firm since his graduation in 2012, and is currently based in London. Luca holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School on the Ermenegildo Zegna Founder’s Scholarship, and a J.D. from Luiss University.
What motivated you to join iStarter?
I am very passionate about the potentials of start-ups in the modern world. They bring innovation, young ideas and energy, contributing to the progress of the society and improving everybody’s life. iStarter gives me the incredible opportunity to watch the best start-ups closely and to contribute to their growth.
Which business initiatives are you most interested in, or which ones have struck you lately?
I am generally interested in everything that aims at having a strong impact and change the life of people and, in general, the world and the human society for the better – everything that, for example, improves the everyday life of people, reduces distances, connects people among each other and the territory, promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, preserves and protects environment.
