Marketing and Innovation Director - Bormioli Pharma

44 years old, three children (2, 11 and 12 years old), originally from Ancona: he has a degree with honours in Economics and Business and an MBA from the MIP Polytechnic University of Milan.
During his career (both as a Consultant and as a Manager in the company), he dealt mainly with Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, Innovation (also enabled by digital) and General Management.
After a short period spent in university, his professional career started off at Il Sole 24Ore, which at that time was solely on the Internet. Subsequently he worked on IT consulting for the Public Utilities market (in Neta, now merged into the Engineering group) and, after the MBA, he moved to strategic consulting (BCG for four and a half years).
In 2007 I entered the industrial world in Indesit Company where he spent seven and a half years holding positions with increasing responsibility, up to the role of Executive Director. In 2015 he joined the new management team of Poste Italiane to work on the “Poste 2020” Transformation Programme and the Group IPO.
Since July 2018 he have been working as Marketing & Innovation Director at Bormioli Pharma (a company controlled by the private equity fund Triton).
Over the years he have been able to cultivate his passion for technology and innovation, also working as a board member of startups such as IndaBox and Conio. He is passionate about sports (both as a spectator and as a practitioner) and when he isn’t working or with his family he spends his time with music, reading, TV series and Instagram.
